Take Action Now!

When we think of someone being forced, trapped and exploited for another person’s greed, it wells up within us a deep cry of “that’s not fair….that’s not right”, because it touches upon a knowledge in our mind, heart and spirit that this should never be done to anyone. The righteous anger rises further when we think about it happening to children.

So when these feeling come, use them for a purpose, don’t shut them down or minimise them, for it is up to us to stand against this injustice and be a voice for change. If these feelings come when we think about just the one…..how much more should we react when in reality it is over 46 million individuals who are enslaved and exploited worldwide. This demands a reaction.

This is a horrendous reality in today’s world, that there are more slaves than ever before in history! With numbers like this – it seems impossible and overwhelming…where do you even start?

We at the SA Foundation believe it starts with helping one woman and child at a time – one life saved from slavery can have a bigger impact than you know, and develop a legacy of freedom for generations to come.

Do you believe that everyone deserves a life free from sexual exploitation and slavery? Want to see the tides of injustice changed? Join us in the fight & take a stand against modern day slavery!

I will leave you Global Wonder Women community with this thought provoking quote I found. Let’s sing together in perfect harmony, for our strength is in unity.

“A choir is made up of many voices, including yours and mine. If one by one all go silent then all that will be left are the soloists. Don’t let a loud few determine the nature of the sound. It makes for poor harmony and diminishes the song.”
